1 out of 10 public school students in the United States right now is learning to speak English, and are taking “English Language Learners” (ELL) classes. NPR Visuals and NPRED showcased¬† who are “English Language Learners”, how they are being taught, and where they have the most supportive communities. I developed three graphics that showcased more of ELLs.
